Working with Harini was genuinely one of the most collaborative and creatively rewarding experiences I’ve had. She has a very artistic approach to design and was always deeply involved in the creative process, from brainstorming rough ideas together to rapidly iterating and refining designs in real time. What stood out the most was how quickly she could understand feedback, adapt concepts, and improve the overall experience on the go. She also had a knack of understanding frontend development constraints very quickly when explained , which made collaboration between design and development extremely smooth. During implementation discussions, she could easily identify practical workarounds or suggest thoughtful design adjustments without compromising the overall visual quality. That balance between creativity and practicality is something I really appreciated while working with her. HARINI has a great eye for modern, clean, and visually engaging interfaces, especially when it came to animated and scroll driven web experiences. A lot of the websites we worked on together felt polished and immersive because of her attention to motion, layout, and overall user experience. Another thing I admired was how structured and developer friendly her design system thinking was. Her Figma files were always organized, scalable, and easy to work with, following consistent spacing systems, typography scales, and clean layout structures that made development much more efficient. Beyond her skills, she was also a great communicator and someone who made collaboration feel natural and productive.
