Leading end-to-end product strategy and design for an AI chatbot and web platform , defining IA, conversational UX patterns, and core flows from a blank canvas alongside the founder.
Built the full brand identity and scalable design system (typography, color, components, motion principles) one source of truth across product, marketing, and pitch surfaces.
Designed and shipped the marketing website used in early demand-gen, translating product vision into a narrative that holds up in front of investors and users.

Built the design function from zero — established UX principles, design system, and review rituals that scaled across web, app, CRM, and marketing as the team grew.
Scaled Khyaal from 50K → 5M+ users during my tenure. Led the design work most directly tied to growth: onboarding/activation redesign, the Digi-Gold acquisition flow, and engagement features (AI Chatbot, Memory Lane).
Shipped India's first senior-first Digi-Gold product 0→1 — owned research, flows, edge cases, KYC, and launch — opening a new acquisition channel for the company.
Contributed product demos and design materials to Khyaal's $4M seed round; designed the investor-facing pitch surfaces used in the raise.
Led foundational UX research for the 50+ demographic — interviews, diary studies, ethnographic visits — and translated insights into the company's principles for trust, accessibility, and digital literacy.
Built and scaled the design system adopted across product, growth, and marketing — reduced design-to-dev friction and improved release velocity.
Owned the 50 Above 50 platform and internal CRM, plus the marketing site and campaign templates that became the brand's growth engine. Mentored design interns; partnered with PM, eng, and business across 2+ years. Excellence Award 2024.
